Fruity Pebbles Cookies Using Cake Mix:

This Cookie Recipe is really easy and quick to make for any occasion. Baking cookies from scratch isn't the easiest thing to do so here is a method that works for anyone who enjoys baking for fun!

YOU WILL NEED:

Cake mix: Use 1 box of Vanilla Cake Mix (any flavor you’d like).

Oil: Vegetable oil works best in this recipe. You’ll need 1/2 cup (you can use melted butter.)

Eggs: Add in 2 large eggs.

Vanilla Abstract: 1 TBS

Fruity Pebbles

Kitchen Material:

Baking Sheet

Parchment Paper

Cookie Scoop

Bowl

Whisk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Gather all of your Ingredients

Mix the Cake Mix, Vegetable Oil, Eggs and Vanilla Abstract together.

Gently fold in your fruity pebbles cereal

Using your cookie scoop, Place balls of dough at least 2 inches apart on your un-greased baking sheet

Bake in your heated oven for 6-10 minutes. (I like my cookies soft so I bake them for 7-8 minutes)

TIP: I sprinkled extra fruity pebbles on top but it did become stale so if you decide to do so, I would place them on when you're ready to serve them.

7.Let them cool for 5 minutes
