Skincare empties 🍋
Lemme show you my october skincare empties 🩷
If you're dealing with oily or acne-prone skin like me, finding the right products can make a huge difference. One standout for me was the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Cleansing Oil—I've gone through two bottles because it gently removes makeup without irritation or smell. For deep cleansing, the Anua Heart Leaf cleansing foam was a favorite, especially for very oily skin, leaving my face fresh without over-drying. When it comes to treating hyperpigmentation, The Ordinary's Niacinamide serum was a game-changer. It helped brighten my skin tone gradually without causing breakouts. I also found the Anua Azelaic Acid + Hyaluronic Acid serum incredibly effective for calming acne and controlling oil. Sunscreens can be tricky, especially on oily skin. The hydrating moisturizing sunscreen I tried was surprisingly lightweight and comfortable, while others like the La Roche-Posay Anthelios XXL left a white cast and felt heavy, so I avoided those. For those interested in primers, the Bare Minerals combo c didn’t quite meet my expectations, so I won’t repurchase it. Instead, the mix and centella toner pads provided amazing hydration and had a unique texture that I enjoyed. I'm curious if you've tried any of these products or have recommendations for oily, acne-prone skin? Sharing experiences helps us all find better skincare solutions!
