✨How do YOU find your happy?✨

Valentines for me has always been a time to put a little extra care in your relationships.

Relationships with your partner, your inner circle and even yourself. 🥰

I love making things and spending time with my people. Also I enjoy doing little things for me.

Latley I have been trying to enjoy the slower moments in life.

I just had one of the happiest weeks ever.

What did I do?

I have been playing with my little black cat a lot lately (it brings so much joy!) and designing Valentine printable decoration!

Arts & Crafts have my heart. 🥰

Right now more than ever is an important time for hope and love. 💗

✨️🖤How do YOU find your happy?🖤✨️

What is something simple that you do that helps elevate your mood?

... Read moreIt's true, relationships can be a beautiful source of happiness, but let's be honest, they also come with their fair share of ups and downs, sometimes even unsettling uncertainties. When things feel a little shaky on the relationship front, it's easy to lose your footing and feel like your inner peace is slipping away. I've definitely been there, wrestling with those 'what ifs' and trying to keep my spirits up. That's why I've learned the immense importance of intentionally cultivating my own sense of inner joy and tranquility, no matter what's happening around me. It’s truly about finding your happy from within, a concept I've deeply embraced. One of the biggest game-changers for me has been leaning into radical self-care, not as a luxury, but as an absolute necessity. When a relationship feels uncertain, whether it's with a partner, family, or even a close friend, the first instinct might be to dwell or try to 'fix' it outside of yourself. Instead, I try to redirect that energy back to my own well-being. This means dedicating time to activities that genuinely recharge my spirit. For example, if I'm feeling overwhelmed by unspoken tension, I might make sure to schedule a long, quiet walk in nature, or immerse myself in a cozy book. It's about creating a personal sanctuary no one can take away. My creative outlets, especially arts and crafts, have become such a powerful anchor during these times. There's something incredibly therapeutic about focusing on a tangible project – whether it's designing a new printable, sketching, or even just doodling. It allows me to channel anxious energy into something productive and beautiful. The simple act of creating provides a mental escape and a sense of accomplishment that reminds me I have control over something, even when other areas of my life feel out of my hands. It’s a wonderful way to find that inner flow state where worries momentarily fade. Beyond creative pursuits, I've also found immense comfort and stability in nurturing my other relationships. When a primary relationship feels uncertain, strengthening bonds with my inner circle – friends and family who bring me pure, unconditional joy – becomes even more vital. Their support and perspective can be incredibly grounding. And honestly, spending time with furry friends, like my little black cat, is pure magic. Their uncomplicated love and playful antics are an instant mood booster and a reminder of simple, unadulterated happiness. Their presence helps tremendously in finding your happy easily. Embracing slower moments is another strategy that has significantly reduced my stress amidst relationship uncertainties. In our fast-paced world, it's easy to rush through life, but purposefully slowing down helps me process emotions and gain clarity. This could mean savoring my morning coffee without distractions, taking extra time to prepare a meal, or simply sitting in silence for a few minutes each day. These moments of quiet reflection allow me to reconnect with myself, to check in with my feelings without judgment, and to remember that my worth isn't tied to the stability of any single relationship. It’s in these moments that I truly cultivate a sense of inner peace. Ultimately, navigating relationship uncertainties is a journey, and it's okay to feel a range of emotions. But by prioritizing self-care, engaging in fulfilling hobbies, leaning on a supportive network, and appreciating the small, slow moments, I've discovered a resilient wellspring of inner joy and tranquility. It's about building a strong foundation of happiness within yourself, so you can weather any storm with grace and a clear heart.
