I actually weigh almost 200 pounds rn and I’m not too thrilled

For context I’m 5’9

I’ve always had a slimming build but have never considered myself “skinny” cause I’ve always had a little pudge .

Around this time last year I believe I was 188 .

I feel less comfy and graduation is right around the corner for me so I want to look and feel my best !

I’m gonna do a 30 day transformation 🔥 wish me luck besties !

... Read moreStarting a 30-day transformation journey can be a daunting yet rewarding experience. It's essential to set realistic goals, track your progress, and maintain a healthy mindset. Many find that joining a community, whether online or at a local gym, can provide encouragement and accountability. Incorporating both cardiovascular exercises and strength training is vital for a balanced approach. Consider focusing on nutrition, hydration, and recovery as well. Setting small milestones, such as weekly weigh-ins or completing specific workouts, can enhance motivation and provide a sense of achievement. Remember, it's not just about the scales; celebrating non-scale victories, like increased stamina or improved mood, is equally important. With dedication and support, you can embrace this journey and transform not just your body but your overall well-being. Stay positive and committed, and good luck on your transformation!
