The Bloom hype finally got me. The texture wasn't what I expected—more chalky than gummy—but I did appreciate not getting that pre-workout itch 👏🏾. Still deciding how I feel about them. Gym girlies, what supplements are actually worth repurchasing? 👀

My initial thoughts in the main post touched on the texture being a bit chalky, but I wanted to dive a little deeper into why these (or any creatine, for that matter) might be a game-changer for your fitness journey. First off, let's talk about creatine itself. It's one of the most researched and effective supplements out there for boosting athletic performance. Essentially, creatine helps your muscles produce energy quickly during high-intensity exercise, leading to improved strength, power, and muscle growth. For us "gym girlies" trying to build lean muscle and push past plateaus, it's a solid choice. Now, specifically about the Bloom Creatine Gummies, like the Berry Boost flavor I tried. The packaging highlights 5g of creatine per serving, which is generally the recommended daily dose for maintenance after an initial loading phase (though some people skip the loading phase altogether). The "zero sugar" aspect is a big plus for those of us watching our macros, making it a guilt-free way to get your creatine. They also claim to support cognitive health, which is an added bonus some studies suggest creatine can offer. My experience so far echoes what many others have said: the convenience of gummies is fantastic. No more mixing powders or dealing with unflavored supplements. You just pop them, and you're good to go. While the texture was unexpected for me—a bit less gummy, more dense and chalky—it's definitely not unpleasant, and crucially, I didn't get that pre-workout itch or jitters that sometimes come with other high-stim supplements. That's a huge win in my book! When considering if Bloom creatine gummies are "good," it really comes down to what you prioritize. If you want a convenient, tasty (Berry Boost is quite nice!), and effective way to get your daily creatine without the hassle of powders or the dreaded "creatine bloat" (which isn't usually an issue with monohydrate if you stay hydrated), then yes, they are a strong contender. The 5g dose is optimal for noticeable benefits in strength and muscle support. Some people prefer creatine monohydrate powder because it's often more cost-effective. However, for those of us who value ease of use and flavor, gummies like Bloom's offer a fantastic alternative. I've found that consistency is key with creatine; taking it daily, even on rest days, helps saturate your muscles. So, are they good? For me, the convenience, the effective dosage, the zero sugar, and the noticeable lack of any negative side effects make them a strong yes. They definitely help support my goals for lean muscle and improved strength. It's made my daily supplement routine much simpler. What about you?
