When facing setbacks, remembering that happiness isn’t about having it all gave me resilience. It became clear that happiness is a choice influenced by perspective rather than circumstances. If you want to nurture this kind of happiness, try reflecting on your day and identify aspects you appreciate. Whether it’s your health, relationships, or opportunities, acknowledging these can transform your outlook. Happiness doesn’t come from perfection but from valuing the imperfect parts of life that bring meaning and joy.
