Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Step 1: start boiling a pot of water

Step 2: dice half a white onion and slice some white mushrooms, and mince 2-5 cloves of garlic Step 3: add pasta into boiling water Step 4: sauté onions in large sauté pan

Step 5: when the onions are glassy, add the garlic until fragrant

Step 6: add the mushrooms and stir until they are softened

Step 7: add heavy cream and salt pepper and garlic and onion powder (and whatever other spices you like, Cajun seasoning tastes rily good in this recipe)

Step 8: add al dente pasta to the sauce pan along with about 1-2 spoonfuls of pasta water

If the sauce is too watery, add a small handful of flour and stir to make it more creamy Step 9: Plate, top with Parmesan and ENJOY!
