Step 1: start boiling a pot of water
Step 2: dice half a white onion and slice some white mushrooms, and mince 2-5 cloves of garlic Step 3: add pasta into boiling water Step 4: sauté onions in large sauté pan

Step 8: add al dente pasta to the sauce pan along with about 1-2 spoonfuls of pasta water
If the sauce is too watery, add a small handful of flour and stir to make it more creamy Step 9: Plate, top with Parmesan and ENJOY!
