同じケーキを撮っているのに「なんか暗い」「ピンクがくすむ」「クリームが黄ばむ」…ってなる日、ありますよね。私が写真の“質を大きく向上”させたい時に意識しているのは、ただ明るくするよりも「白の透明感」と「影の締まり」を両立させることです。ここができると、Lightroomのレタッチが一気に“至高”っぽく見えます（特に苺スイーツ）。 1) まずは光を整える：露光量→ハイライト→白レベルの順 私は最初に露光量で全体を持ち上げて、次にハイライトで生クリームやお皿の白を整えます。ここでハイライトを上げすぎると白飛びして質感が消えるので、白い部分（クリームの表面や皿の縁）を拡大表示して、ディテールが残るギリギリを探すのがコツ。最後に白レベルで「写真の清潔感」を微調整すると、Afterが一段クリアになります。 2) “ふんわり”と“メリハリ”を同時に作る：コントラストは下げ、黒レベルで締める ケーキのムース感を出したい時、私はコントラストを下げて柔らかいトーンにします。ただ、これだけだと眠い写真になるので、黒レベルを少し下げてカトラリーや背景の暗部に芯を作ります。ふんわりムース＋背景が締まると、主役が立って写真全体の質が上がった印象になります。 3) 色の“おいしさ”は色温度で作る（ピンクと白がきれいに見える） 室内光だと青っぽく転んで苺のピンクが弱く見えることがあるので、色温度をほんの少し上げて温かみを足します。逆に、暖色照明のカフェだと黄ばみやすいので、その時は色温度を上げずに「色かぶり補正」でニュートラルに寄せる方が自然でした。生クリームの白が透明感ある白に戻ると、写真の“上質さ”が出ます。 4) 彩度は上げすぎない：自然な彩度は控えめ、彩度は微量 苺のピンクは、彩度を上げると一気に派手になって安っぽく見えることがあるので、私は「自然な彩度」を少し下げて上品に寄せ、必要なら彩度を少しだけプラスしてフレッシュ感を足します。Before/Afterで見ると、ピンクが“鮮やか”なのに“きつくない”状態が狙い目です。 5) 仕上げのチェック（ここで失敗を防げる） ・白い皿の縁：白飛びしていないか ・苺の断面：赤がベタ塗りに見えないか（質感が残っているか） ・背景：明るくしすぎて主役が埋もれていないか この3つだけ確認すると、ケーキ写真の完成度が安定しました。 同じLightroomの数値でも、撮影時の明るさで効き方が変わるので、数値は“スタート地点”として使うのがおすすめです。暗い室内なら露光量とシャドウを少し多め、明るい窓際ならハイライトを控えめ…みたいに微調整すると、ケーキの「ピンクのムース」と「白い生クリーム」が気持ちよく映えます。
