Low cal Protein Pizza (53g of protein!!)

Ok I know the name sounds foul, but this pizza recipe is one of the best high protein meals I’ve ever made! It’s about 53g of protein and without toppings it’s 225 calories! My personal toppings add about 150 calories though. This is still less than 409 calories for the whole pizza!!

Here’s the recipe…

Dough:

-2 cans of tuna

-1/4 cup egg whites

*season with garlic powder, garlic salt, and paprika

Toppings:

-sugar free BBQ sauce

-spinach

-dairy free oat milk

-tomatoes

-hearts of palm

1. Spread drained tuna on pan and bake @ 400 degrees for 10 min

2. Mix baked tuna with egg whites and seasonings, and spread on pan into crust shape and bake for 10 min @ 360 degrees

3. Top with sauce, cheese, and other toppings and let bake 5 more min!

4. Slice and enjoy!
