Pairing every meal with a good source of protein such as salmon, chicken, or turkey stabilizes my energy levels throughout the day and supports muscle health. Also, including fiber-rich foods like spinach and granola aids digestion and promotes gut health. Meal prepping has helped me stay accountable and avoid temptations. Preparing simple, balanced meals ahead of time means less stress and better choices. Lastly, reducing alcohol consumption significantly lowered my inflammation and improved my skin’s texture and brightness. These holistic changes have not only improved my physical health but lifted my overall mood and focus, making a huge difference in my daily wellness routine.
