Get more active. This doesn’t HAVE to be killing yourself in the gym or walking 5 miles.. it’s as simple as parking further away when you go shopping, or maybe doing more cleaning around the house. Every small step makes a huge difference!

Get enough water 💦

Do your best to get water! No it doesn’t have to be gallons, just make a point to drink more. Even if you start with adding flavor packets or drops. We listen and we don’t judge! Get that water!

Make healthier choices!👏🏻

Simple swaps will make a difference. It may not be a huge difference, but it’ll still be worth it. Start looking for ways to incorporate more veggies, discard old snacks, and replace them with better alternatives. You can still snack! Just do it mindfully 😉

Find what works for you!💅🏻

Everyone’s journey is different. What works for me, may not work for you. My point here, is that let it be YOUR journey.

I have to focus on small steps, and being consistent before I can add more to my routine. So no, I haven’t lost some magic amount of weight over a month of working out, but what I have done is heal my relationship with the gym. I’ve started treating my body better. And now I can start looking at tailoring my diet!

Give yourself grace!😇

Falling off is OKAY 👌🏻 it’s what you do next that matters. If you talk to yourself negatively, you won’t be inclined to get back on your journey. Keep it positive. I used to always keep sticky notes where I could see them everyday with cute positive reminders. I changed to using the Pinterest widget on my iPhone and I have it packed with cute, inspirational messages and pictures. We are only human! And we aren’t perfect!
