SEASONAL SYRUPS FROM SCRATCH 🍏🍠🤎🎃 sweetened with Big Tree Farms Coconut Sugars!!
3 new festive syrup recipes have entered the chat 👀 I think they might be my BEST YET. And as always, I’m using Big Tree Farms Coconut Sugars to sweeten them! I love using Big Tree Farm’s Coconut Sugars because they’re low glycemic, regenerative organic certified, and sustainably + ethically sourced 🤎🥥 The Brown Coconut sugar is a great swap for regular brown sugar, and their Golden Coconut Sugar is a 1:1 for white sugar. PLUS, their Brown Coconut Sugar has a naturally caramel-y flavor to it, which works perfectly in the caramel apple syrup 🍏

Using Big Tree Farms Coconut Sugars not only brings natural sweetness but also supports sustainable and ethical agriculture due to their regenerative organic certification. These coconut sugars come in two varieties: the Brown Coconut Sugar with a rich caramel-like taste that perfectly complements caramel apple syrup, and the Golden Coconut Sugar, which replaces white sugar on a 1:1 basis, making your syrups naturally flavorful and healthier. When crafting seasonal syrups, the choice of sweetener impacts not just flavor but also health. Big Tree Farms Coconut Sugar is unrefined and low glycemic, making it an excellent alternative for those managing blood sugar levels while still indulging in seasonal treats. To store your syrups safely, always transfer cooled syrup to airtight containers and refrigerate. Sweet Potato Pie Syrup and Caramel Apple Syrup keep fresh for up to a week, while Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Syrup can last up to two weeks, allowing you to enjoy these festive flavors over an extended period. Experimenting with these syrups allows for creative uses beyond just pancakes and waffles. Try adding a drizzle to oatmeal, coffee, or cocktails to add a seasonal twist. Plus, the use of spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in the syrups boosts warmth and depth, capturing the essence of fall.
