The day I learned that some things... don't have to be solved, just rest often.
🗓️ Monday, December 1, 2025
Let's stop with this today. We know that there is a solution. When we choose this path, there must be days of tiredness, discouragement, or retreat, but we hope that we can always continue.
If the path is harder, just rest more often and walk a little slowly, it's okay, because the main problem actually has a solution, and the other things that come in may be because we still have to learn to get through it.
We don't want to lose our composure - yes - but we don't like it when we feel they can't handle it, even when some things have to wait a few months for it to unravel.
They didn't come well, so on the other hand, we're with one idea today:
"The unmanageable thing is fine. Just admit it's unmanageable."

Our phone is in its seventh year. The last few weeks have been stale, persistent, non-slippery, so we deleted some rarely used apps, and the device is back to work, but as soon as this week starts, we decided to delete more.
Some of the apps, such as the three airline ticketing apps, we moved to the mother machine instead. The ones we used as a hobby - like Blockdit, Meb, and Storytel - we moved to another device that my cousin gave us at the time, and it was almost impossible to use Social Detox, but in the end it was barely picked up because at Detox, we would delete the app and then reload it.
We have another one, an old Nokia. Only one call, a cousin to come.
Everyone has the same "craving," and now we have the iPad and the E-reader, and the new phone is still dormant, but I want to study if the iPhone 13 is still worth buying, especially the second hand.
Because if you find a good, good-priced machine, it's like an ideal picture right now.
But it's easy to buy one hand, not to think too much, but we still want to know the pros and cons, and find good store information as a backup plan.
We like that we are not very passionate, so we put it all in one name.
"My craving."
We need to review these things repeatedly to really focus on my needs. Having what we just want is not enough for me to allow myself to buy or grab it easily, because without practicing these habits, I might be out of focus on things that matter to myself in the long run.
Maybe my future is only left to the old Nokia, just call in, call out...
I hope the habits I've trained will make me stronger and stronger. I want to know myself in that corner, and I hope we meet at a good time. ❤️
📝 yesterday, we sat quietly in the park for a long time, like charging ourselves before going back into "battlefield" mode. We were worried and worried about the symptoms of our caretaker aunt - who often slept in the evening and woke up in the middle of the night - and we knew that this behavior made her condition even worse.
We felt it was so hard to understand the "context of yesterday" why everything was so troubling.
But when it was noticeably lighter today, it wasn't as heavy as yesterday, it became indifferent to what happened, and we chose to write it down to consult the doctor for the next appointment.
The other thing we just thought about is that maybe going every day makes her not want to go to the gym, so we change the perspective, so take what we can - a few days a week is enough to relax.
🎀 important thing of today is
Accepting what we still can't cope with right now.
Because of such acceptance itself.
Is a small step to keep us going.
In our own way... tomorrow.
🐞 I wish you all happiness at the end of this year.
Have relaxed the rhythm of life. 🥳
And let this month be a time when we have lived more independently.
Encourage the victims at Hat Yai on this occasion.
May everything unfold in a good way soon. 🙏
