Crazy HYROX workout today🙃🥵 🔥 - 1000m ski 🔥 - 1000m row 🔥 - 1 min assault or echo bike at 50rpm 🔥 - 15 reps devils press with 2 x 10 lbs dumbbells Repeat the circuit, decreasing row and ski distance by 100m each time (1 did 10 sets because I started at 1000m on the ski and row. 2nd set: 900m

@Ohuhuart .Ive had these markers for almost a year and a half they are SO GOOD, but I spilled water on the color charts a few months back and the lids are NOT accurate 😭 I love them tho they so good totaly recomend the honolulu ones.
