Cause runs out of love: Love doesn't go away in one day
I just know...
Love never ends in noise.
But it gradually lightened... like a cold light fading from the horizon.
One morning that seemed normal.
Two people wake up in the same house.
But none of the conversation is left.
Each person lives
Like a stranger who just happens to be staying under the same roof.
Some couples do not break up because of love.
But because it's too tired to quarrel.
Words that used to be hot
Gradually replaced by silence.
And silence... leads the hearts to walk one step apart.
There was a phase of the relationship.
That we started no longer having a "common story."
Each person has their own world.
There's work, there's friends, there's interest.
But there's no "we" in the middle, as it were.
Sometimes love doesn't go away because of new people.
But it may disappear because of small things.
Like habituation.
Some addiction.
Or even someone else's voice.
That ring instead of each other's voices.
I used to think
Infidelity is what destroys love the most.
But when you grow up,
I found out...
"Disregard" may be quieter.
But deeper and slower to destroy.
Love needs a small thank you.
Like a tree that needs water.
If we never water it
One day it withered.
Without us noticing.
And sometimes...
Things that can't make us love each other
It's not because we don't love
But because we still hold the anger too tightly
Until there is no space for tenderness to return.
The distance is like a cold wind.
The longer you let it blow
The heart is even colder.
Whether it's really the distance.
Or distance in feeling.
There are no fewer people.
That gives all the time to the job.
Until forgetting that
Love needs time, too.
Not unlike dreams or achievements.
After all,
Love does not disappear for one reason.
But it gradually faded.
Of the small actions we overlook every day.
And maybe...
Love doesn't need anything big.
Just the "trying" of two people.
Who still want to hold hands
Because love will stay or go
Never up to fate.
But depending on..., do we still choose each other every day?

เมื่อพูดถึงสาเหตุของการหมดรัก หลายคนอาจนึกถึงการนอกใจหรือความขัดแย้งรุนแรง แต่ตามที่บทความได้เล่ามา ความรักที่ค่อยๆ เลือนหายไปนั้น ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นในชั่วข้ามคืน แต่เริ่มจากสิ่งเล็กๆ ที่เรามักมองข้าม เช่น การไม่ใส่ใจ การละเลยคำพูดขอบคุณ หรือแม้แต่ความเงียบที่สะสมเรื่อยๆ จนกลายเป็นระยะห่างในความรู้สึก จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมเคยเผชิญกับความสัมพันธ์ที่เหมือนทุกอย่างยังโอเคในสายตาคนอื่น แต่ความเงียบและความเหนื่อยล้าทางใจกลับคือตัวบ่งชี้ว่าเราเริ่มเดินถอยห่างจากกันทีละน้อย การที่ต่างฝ่ายต่างมีโลกส่วนตัวและละเลยการพูดคุยแบบจริงจังหรือการแสดงความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ทำให้ความรักเริ่มทันทีเหมือนต้นไม้ที่ขาดน้ำ เรื่องที่น่าสนใจก็คือ หลายครั้งความรักไม่ได้หายไปเพราะเหตุผลใหญ่โต แต่เกิดจากความเคยชินและสิ่งเล็กๆ รอบตัว เช่น เสียงของคนอื่น หรือกิจกรรมที่ทำให้เราลืมไปว่า เรากำลังใช้ชีวิตกับใคร การอดทนเงียบๆ ต่อความผิดหวัง หรือความโกรธที่เก็บไว้โดยไม่มีการปลดปล่อยก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งสาเหตุที่ทำให้ความรักจางลง คำแนะนำที่ผมได้เรียนรู้คือ "ความรักต้องการการดูแลเหมือนต้นไม้ที่ต้องการน้ำ" ไม่จำเป็นต้องแสดงความรักในรูปแบบยิ่งใหญ่ แค่คำขอบคุณหรือความพยายามตั้งใจฟังกันและกันในทุกๆ วัน ก็สามารถช่วยให้ความรักยังสดชื่นได้ อีกทั้งการให้เวลาร่วมกันโดยไม่ตั้งใจทำงานจนลืมกันก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม ในท้ายที่สุด ความรักไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่กับโชคชะตาหรือเหตุการณ์ใหญ่ แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับ "การเลือกอยู่ด้วยกันในทุกๆ วัน" และการให้ความใส่ใจซึ่งกันและกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง การเรียนรู้ที่จะจับมือกันเดินผ่านช่วงเวลายากลำบากด้วยความอดทนและความเข้าใจ จะช่วยให้ความรักไม่เลือนหายไปง่ายๆ
