I asked God one day...
"Why do so many of my prayers include repentance?"
Acts 3:19
"Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out"
"He showed me that there were so many believers that weren't rooted in His word the way they were meant to be! That their were so many who received the word but never learned how to apply it.'
Colossians 2:6-7
Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, [7] rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.
'And that there were many more who when they engaged in the their faith, repentance was only a thought!'
'That they floated around from verse to verse never being able to see His whole message in context.'
Ephesians 4:14

'And because of they're flightiness, they were never able to establish a true relationship with Him.'

'That there was so much grace given that people started expecting it! They never really realized the extent of their transgressions.'
2 Chronicles 7:14
"If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
'So repentance was in order, in fact way over due. You asked me how to pray so I showed you. I put repentance in there so that eventually you would learn how to repent on your own."

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
"Lord, I'm sorry we can't seem to figure it out! Your Will and Your Way is perfect. They are timeless, there's nothing you are telling us now that You haven't told us before! I pray that the current events that have turned our face towards You aren't just fleeting urges to part of of a Pack.
I pray that we gather together those True to You Lord send us the believers who want the Roots to sustain. In Jesus's name, I pray, Amen.
