Took a trip to WF to pick up some groceries for the next two days.
1. Sweet lorens’ Barbie sugar cookies - these aren’t that good :/ they’re like chalky for some reason but they’re healthy and were only $1.57 so 🤷🏾♀️
2. Cava Hummus with crostini, girl snack, overall a good and simple snack- I wish I got flavored hummus though
3. Sanzo flavored sparkling water - good flavor I was curious what yuzu tasted like.
4. These momofuku noodles look pretty good. I’m going to try them later and I’ll update(maybe)
5.these babies are good. Bell & Evan’s chicken tenders with coconut breading, yummy, fresh, and slightly sweet 😋
6. Mason Dixie biscuit breakfast sandwich. This was a one time purchase- I figured it would be equivalent to buying a Starbucks bf sandwich but cheaper. It was pretty good, the biscuit was soft. No complaints.
7. Gimme seaweed snacks are a must. Good light snack and a great pairing with noodles or salmon and rice. I like the teriyaki flavor the most.
8. Last but not least Koia elite protein drink. Decent protein drink. I like that it has fiber. I might make a milkshake with this. My favorite Whole Foods shake is the rebel one though.
in total I spent like $30-35. Not bad 👋🏽🤌🏽😌
Do you guys have a favorite item from Whole Foods?

... Read moreWhen shopping at Whole Foods, it’s easy to get drawn to the variety of healthy and unique products they offer—especially if you’re looking for wholesome snacks or convenient meal options. I found that balancing taste and nutrition often means trying out several items and deciding which ones are worth repeating.
For example, although the Sweet Lorens’ Barbie sugar cookies were healthy and budget-friendly at just $1.57, their chalky texture wasn’t ideal for me. On the other hand, the Cava hummus paired with crostini made for a delightful and simple snack, and I’d recommend exploring their flavored hummus varieties for an extra flavor boost.
One standout discovery was the Sanzo flavored sparkling water with yuzu—a Japanese citrus fruit I was curious about. Its refreshing, lightly tangy flavor is a great alternative to sugary sodas and pairs well with snacks or meals.
The Momofuku sweet & spicy noodles caught my eye due to their blend of Korean chili paste, which creates a nice balance of sweet and heat without artificial flavors. I look forward to sharing an update after trying them!
For protein, Bell & Evan’s chicken tenders with coconut breading were deliciously fresh and had a subtle sweetness that complements a variety of dishes. Alongside, the Mason Dixie biscuit breakfast sandwich offers a soft biscuit and satisfies morning cravings without the Starbucks price tag.
Seaweed snacks from Gimme are a fantastic light snack option, especially the teriyaki flavor, which pairs excellently with rice or salmon meals. Protein shakes also play a key role in my haul—Koia’s elite protein drink stood out for containing fiber, making it a nutritious choice I might even blend into a milkshake.
Overall, spending around $30-35 allowed me to sample a good mix of snacks and meal components that support a healthy, tasty diet. I recommend exploring different items to find your Whole Foods favorites, especially their unique frozen and ready-to-eat selections.
If you’re new to shopping at Whole Foods or want to stay within a budget, focus on combining fresh produce with some of these convenient, nutritious items. This approach not only diversifies your diet but also makes grocery trips more exciting and satisfying.
