Gargling with saltwater has been proven to ease pain and inflammation from a sore throat. Try half a teaspoon of salt and 8 ounces of water to rinse out with.

03. Humidity

Humidity can help a sore throat by preventing the throat to get dry. If it's not humid where you livd, I recommend getting a humidifier that you can put on in your room. I recommend the Levoit humidifier which you can get on Amazon for $40.
