Reduce Tech Neck at Home

What is tech neck?

Also referred to as "text neck," this is the common neck pain experienced when we strain our necks to look at the phone. This could lead to poor posture and more pain when done constantly. Here are a few ways to reduce tech neck:

01. Neck and Shoulder Relaxer

This simple tool can help to stretch the neck in that specific spot. This has been great to use after a day at my computer. I recommend the Restcloud Neck Relaxer on Amazon. You can get it for $18 on there.

02. Contoured Support Pillow

Half of our life is spent sleeping. When we are spending almost 8 hours a night asleep, it's important to prioritize a pillow that doesn't strain your neck. I recommend getting a contoured support pillow from Cozyplayer. You can find different options on Amazon starting at $39.

03. Acupressure Mat

An acupressure mat can help release tension on the neck and back. If you're looking for full neck and back relief, I recommend the ProSourceFit mat for $28 on Amazon.
