Glow Up and Become Unrecognizable in 3 Easy Steps

Like a butterfly, glowing up requires cycles of change and discomfort. A glow up can be the thing that catapults you close to your preferred life and transformed version of yourself. Here are 3 easy steps to glow up and become unrecognizable.

01. Prioritize Your Nourishment

This might seem simple, but have you been drinking enough water? Have you prioritized nourishing your body today? It can be understandable to allow busyness or facets of life to get in the way of having proper nourishment habits, but in order to achieve a glow up, consider what you're consuming and allowing for your body. Genuine efforts towards your mental and physical wellness can take you far if you try it with intention.

02. Mind and Body Connection

Speaking of wellness, do you feel you have a balanced mind and body connection? The keyword here is "balance" and for me, some days are definitely better than others when it comes to being in tune with where my head is at and how my body feels. You don't need to strive for perfection, but you do need to have genuine check-ins with yourself. Have you been having trouble sleeping lately? Are you experiencing racing thoughts more than usual? Meditate and take time to process your thoughts to find balance with your mind and body.

03. Stay Active

If meditating and staying still doesn't seem to help move the needle, try moving around instead. Any form of activity from stretching to going on a hike can help move around what might be shifting in your head. When I start to feel anxious, going on a walk helps me feel lighter and by the end of it, I have a plan or idea on how I want to move forward with whatever situation is on my mind.
