My partner is allergic to tree nuts and was bummed they couldn't have macaroons so I made some with sunflower seeds and it's now my life's mission to perfect a variety of them:)

I tried making them a few weeks ago and my first time making them my batch looked like yours and that’s because I over mixed them. The tip I learned is to not over mix and to let them sit out for thirty minutes before you bake them. But they look yummy. There’s a pic of my second batch. You’ll get the hang of it ❤️
