one of the biggest things for me when it came to starting a caloric deficit was to not cut out the things I love - so many people give up stuff like toast and butter, white rice, and so many others carbs. unless it’s for health reasons, you shouldn’t cut out the carbs that you enjoy - it’s all about adding to what you have!
