Healing with low energy looks different for me. I can’t push through chapters or tackle long exercises the way some people can. Most days I’m already exhausted before I even open a book — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

But I’m still trying.

Even if it’s one page, a few lines, or just sitting with something that finally makes sense.

This stack isn’t about fixing myself. It’s about understanding why I am the way I am, and giving myself the kind of care I never had growing up.

Progress is slow, inconsistent, and messy… but it’s real. And even on the days when I’m running on fumes, I’m still doing the best I can with what I have.
