実際に行ってみて「検索で知りたかったのはここ！」と思ったポイントをまとめます。 まずスーパースライダーは、いわゆる“手動ジェットコースター”みたいな感覚。レバーでアクセル＆ブレーキ操作ができるので、怖さは自分で調整できます。私は最初ビビってかなりゆっくり行ったんですが、最後まで無事に滑り切れた達成感が大きくて、ちゃっかり2周目しました。 チケット購入の流れは要注意で、山頂側のスライダー受付で買う方式でした。先に下で「乗れると思ってたのに…」となりがちなので、到着したらまず受付場所を確認するのがおすすめです。お昼の12時〜13時は休止になる場合があるので、遠方からの人はこの時間帯を避けて計画するとスムーズ。 料金は2025年時点で子ども200円、幼児＋保護者300円、高校生以上400円。高校生の遊び場としても“ちょいスリル系”で盛り上がりやすいと思いました。大人だけでも全然楽しいです。 安全面でいちばん伝えたいのは「カーブ前の減速」。体重がある大人ほどスピードが出やすくて、曲がりきれないと脱線やケガのリスクが上がります。コツは、コース上の「ブレーキ」看板を見つけたら早めに減速すること。怖い人は最初から最後まで“ゆっくり運転”でも十分楽しめました。 アスレチック目的の人へ。受付周辺に無料の大型遊具やターザンロープがあって、待ち時間も子どもが飽きにくかったです。さらに有料のアスレチックエリアもあるので、「スライダー＋アスレチック」で1日遊ぶプランが組みやすい印象でした。 駐車場は無料があり、車で行く人には助かります（混む日は早め到着が安心）。営業時間は季節で変わるので、行く直前に公式情報で最終受付を確認しておくと失敗しにくいです。 最後に、デジタルまわりゃんせの「使い方」を調べている人は、事前に“対象施設に四日市スポーツランドが含まれているか”“提示方法（QRなど）”をアプリ側で確認してから出発すると当日バタつきません。私は現地で電波が不安になることがあるので、画面表示方法やログイン状態だけ先にチェックしておく派です。
