When I transferred from the civilians to the PTT, 🥹
Sometimes... life growth is not always measured by "higher positions" or "greater salaries."
Today I decided to transfer from a proficient financial and accounting officer to an operational parcels officer who had to be demoted and paid less.
Many may see it as backwards, but for me, this is choosing a path that is more suited to life.
Because civil service life does not have a single answer, "You have to climb higher and higher," sometimes some decline can give us new opportunities, happiness at work, family time, or growth on another path that answers more life problems.
Let not the eyes of others determine our success, for each person's success is not the same.
If this decision makes us happy, have a better quality of life, and continue to serve our people to the fullest extent, it is a breakthrough in our own way.
Sometimes "yielding one step backwards" can be the beginning of a long-term steady step forward.

จากประสบการณ์ของฉันในการโอนย้ายตำแหน่งราชการครั้งนี้ ทำให้ได้เรียนรู้ว่าเส้นทางในชีวิตไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินขึ้นอย่างเดียวเสมอไป บางครั้งการก้าวถอยหลังในสายงานอาจเปิดโอกาสให้เราได้ค้นพบความสุขในการทำงานที่แท้จริงมากขึ้น เมื่อเปลี่ยนจากเจ้าพนักงานการเงินและบัญชีชำนาญงาน ไปเป็นเจ้าพนักงานพัสดุปฏิบัติงาน สิ่งที่ได้เพิ่มขึ้นไม่ใช่เงินเดือนแต่เป็นเวลาและโอกาสในการดูแลครอบครัว รวมถึงการพัฒนาตัวเองในทักษะใหม่ ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับงานพัสดุ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญในกลุ่มงานบริหารทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาลจตุร ที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นระบบและประสิทธิภาพ การโอนย้ายครั้งนี้ยังช่วยให้เรามีมุมมองทางอาชีพที่หลากหลายมากขึ้น ได้รู้จักระบบราชการในบริบทของอปท. (องค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น) ซึ่งมีการทำงานที่มีเป้าหมายในการรับใช้ประชาชนอย่างใกล้ชิดและแตกต่างจากระบบราชการกลาง สุดท้ายแล้ว การประเมินความสำเร็จควรมาจากความสบายใจและคุณภาพชีวิต ไม่ใช่แค่เพียงตำแหน่งหรือเงินเดือนเท่านั้น ชีวิตราชการจึงควรเป็นเรื่องของการปรับให้เหมาะกับจังหวะชีวิตและเป้าหมายส่วนตัว การตัดสินใจที่กล้าลดระดับตำแหน่งแต่ได้ความสุขและความสมดุลในชีวิต ถือเป็นความสำเร็จที่มีคุณค่าอย่างแท้จริง
