Lemon's sour and sweet taste freshens us up during this hot, humid weather.
We adapted the recipe from Pol pholfoodmafia's recipe.
Let's start by mixing the dry stuff together.
100 grams of versatile wheat flour
½ teaspoon fluffy powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, lemon skin, 1 result
Leave it and start mixing the wet stuff in another bowl:
100 grams of unsalted butter, 100 grams of honey, until well combined.
Then, divide the dry into four parts, scoop the dry mixture into the wet one part at a time by alternating with two chicken eggs and 15 grams of fresh milk.
Toggle, put the stuff wet and dry until completely smooth. Beat until fine smooth.
Then pour in a half pound print, garnish it with cashew nuts, and bring in a 180-degree, 25-minute bake fire, a top-bottom light, and another 10 minutes, a bottom light alone.
When baked, mix Lemonhunny Water and carpet it over a cold cake, 25 grams of honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
And it's done. Very simple. No need for a beater.
The taste is delicious, sweet and sour. Very refreshing.
