If I Could Talk to My Younger Self, I’d Say This First…

3/29 Edited to

... Read moreLooking back, if I could talk to my younger self, I'd emphasize the importance of embracing risks and stepping out of your comfort zone early on. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is that life doesn’t play out perfectly, but everything will work out in the end. Taking chances, even when uncertain, is crucial to growth. It's something I wish I’d understood sooner because holding back out of fear of judgment or failure only delays finding your true path. I also learned that worrying about what others think is wasted energy. People tend to talk no matter what you do, so it’s better to focus on your own values and goals. Overthinking every decision only creates unnecessary stress, and sometimes you just have to start doing, trust yourself, and learn along the way. This mindset shift opened many doors and helped me build genuine confidence. Another key insight is the power of expanding your social circle. Connecting with new people leads to opportunities and friendships that enrich your life. I used to stick with the familiar, but talking to everyone helped me find my “people” who support and inspire me. It’s never too late to reach out and form those meaningful bonds. Becoming someone your younger self needed means showing up with courage, kindness, and authenticity. If I could whisper this advice back in time, it would be: take risks, trust yourself, and keep growing. Life is too short to be held back by doubts or external opinions. Instead, focus on becoming your own biggest supporter and surrounding yourself with those who lift you up. These lessons have shaped my journey and continue to guide me every day.

💡 LIFE ADVICE I’D GIVE TO MY YOUNGER SELF 💡
If I could go back in time, there’s one thing I’d tell my younger self: "No one is coming to save you. It’s up to you to create the life you want." Success, happiness, and growth don’t happen by chance. They happen by choice. The power to change your life is in YOUR hands. The sooner you

Lessons I wish someone told me when I was younger…
If I could sit beside my 16-year-old self today, I’d hold her hand and tell her this: ✨ You don’t need to shrink yourself to fit in. The right people will love your light — not be afraid of it. ✨ Your body is already enough. Please stop wishing it looked like hers. ✨ You’re allowed to be diffe

what advice you would give to your younger self?
If I could give advice to my younger self, I would tell her not to worry so much about what other people think. I spent so many years second-guessing myself, trying to fit into expectations, and feeling like I wasn’t enough. I would also remind her that it’s okay to take risks and make mistakes.

the letter to my younger self that changed my life
dear younger me, it gets better than you think. turning 25 didn't rid me of all my anxiety, poor self-esteem, and depression completely. but it gave me the invaluable life experience and wisdom to improve beyond what I thought was possible. #lemon8partner #safespace #lettertomyyounger

Something I wish I could’ve said to younger me ..
Dear Younger Me, I wish you knew how strong you’d have to be. I wish you knew that your parents wouldn’t be apart of your life for very long so you had more time to prepare. There are so many things I want to tell you, it’s hard to know where to start. Life can be so beautiful, and at the same time
