Keep your cup full!!!!
I have done some of these things to keep myself well feeling like myself. I also like to journal when I feel like I need to get some things off my chest. I have found that for me, when I journal I actually write a letter, usually to my Dad that passed away almost 11 years ago. I tell
him everything lol.
Have a wonderful day and keep that cup filled!!!!

From personal experience, I’ve found that keeping your emotional cup full requires consistent attention to both your mind and body. One of the most impactful practices is journaling, especially writing personal letters to loved ones or even yourself. This exercise helps release emotions and gives clarity during difficult times. For example, I often write letters to my dad, who passed away years ago, telling him my thoughts and feelings, which has been incredibly healing. Alongside journaling, carving out quiet moments for yourself is essential. I recommend lighting a candle and enjoying a few minutes alone, free from distractions. Creating a small, cozy space where you can relax and recharge truly makes a difference. Reading a few pages of an inspiring book or making a list of things you appreciate about yourself can uplift your mood and encourage self-love. Unplugging for a day, turning off notifications, and avoiding social media or emails reduces stress and allows for genuine rest. Try a solo date—take yourself out for a walk, coffee, or a peaceful activity—and use that time to reflect and enjoy your own company. Also, consider making playlists tailored for tough days to soothe your mind and boost your spirit. These small rituals build resilience and foster a healthy relationship with yourself, reminding you to give yourself the same care and attention you offer others. Keeping your cup full is a continual process of kindness, reflection, and self-awareness that enriches your life.
