Picked up my first meal prep box!!
I’m soooo excited! I had a consultation a while ago with a trainer who requested a scan from here so I was in the system already.. things didn’t work out with the trainer and I never got to train with her.
So I started counting calories and lost 5 pounds on my own but I get extremely bored with meal prepped foods. I don’t like left overs so eating the same thing will surely make me backslide 🤣
