• California: Especially the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and San Diego, driven by population density, housing scarcity, and economic activity.
• Florida: Urban and coastal zones such as Miami, Tampa, and Orlando often exceed $500K per hectare due to demand and limited developable land.
🌾 Mid-Range Land Values:
