✨New Year, Saying No✨

Of course we all have our goals at the end of every year for our coming up new year. But I’m curious what we can do differently this new year. Is it consistency? Reaching out to family and friends more? Building a relationship with God?

I have ✌🏼:

➡️Saying No more. I want to be able to actually want it, not because I feel guilty saying no because I’m going to hurt their feelings.

... Read moreAs 2025 unfolds, many are reflecting on the changes they want to make in their lives. One significant resolution is embracing the power of 'no.' It's about prioritizing your own needs without the guilt that often accompanies it. Many people find it challenging to set boundaries, worrying about disappointing others. However, prioritizing your emotional well-being is crucial for personal growth. It's essential to engage in self-care, which can include saying no to activities or commitments that drain your energy or conflict with your values. As you step into the new year, think about what goals you want to achieve. Is it more time with family, pursuing a hobby, or improving your mental health? Identifying what matters most can help you align your actions with your values. Consider writing down your priorities and reflect on how saying no can help you achieve these goals. Engaging in this practice can foster a deeper connection with yourself, allowing for fulfilling relationships with others grounded in authenticity. Join the discussion about setting personal goals and the liberating practice of saying no. What changes do you plan to make in 2025? Sharing experiences can inspire others and create a supportive community focused on better mental well-being and achieving aspirations.
