I don’t use pre workout…

In most cases I do not use pre workout. I take 6:30 am cycle classes and I don’t feel good when I take pre workout that early for that form of exercise. Taking the pre workout that early messes up my system and I have had to find a better way to get a boost of caffeine early in the morning. 🍃
