Pregnancy Symptoms I was Unprepared for

With my daughter I started to have severe itching first to start off as nothing and then my entire legs arms, and my belly started developing bumps. It was kind of gross. These pictures that I’m sharing was just the beginning stages after I took some blood test they diagnosed me with Cholestasis of pregnancy, I had to get frequent ultrasounds back to back and I had to see my OB twice a week every week for the last weeks of my pregnancy. They also had to induce me at 37 weeks pregnant because I was not allowed to give birth after that because it’s really dangerous meaning a still birth baby. I end up having an emergency sick section because of the medication and my daughter moved but now she is one and a half years old and very healthy. I am happy with this pregnancy this time around. I have not have any issues with that so far.

I’m 16 years old and 35 weeks I got diagnosed with it a couple weeks ago… for the night time itching when I tried using Vaseline dry skin repair the one that has oat extract in it and it would stop the itch so I could sleep. My midwife told me it probably wasn’t icp, that people thought they had it and it would normally come back negative. They tested me for it anyways just in case and it came back positive, I was supposed to be Induced at 37 weeks (may 14th) they did a second test and my levels lowered and now they plan to induce at 39 weeks. Now it’s a waiting game to see if they rise again or not.
