I’ve got CPTSD and have spent the past 13 years working on healing through mindfulness, therapy, and reparenting myself. It’s been a transformative journey of self-love and growth! I’m passionate about always bettering myself personally and professionally, and I’m here to share that journey with you.

Yoga is my go-to for staying grounded and connected to my body, and I can’t get enough of reading books that dive deep into psychology and personal growth. I’m always up for a challenge—whether it’s pushing my limits on a beach adventure or learning something new.

I’m a dog mom to two sweet rescue pups who are literally my heart. 🐾 I’ve been married to my amazing husband Adam for 5 years, and we’re all about spontaneous adventures and making memories.
