I messed up for her dinner 🥺
It suppose to be a great dinner time for her but I messed it up.
But she still ate it all 🥹 this warm my heart ❤️

Cooking a meal for someone special can be nerve-wracking, and sometimes things don’t go as planned despite your best efforts. In my case, trying to prepare salmon aglio olio turned into a little disaster when the salmon stuck to the wok and started breaking apart, and the pasta didn’t hold up either. Although aesthetically it wasn’t perfect, I learned it’s the thought and effort that count. If you find yourself in a similar situation, here are a few tips I picked up to avoid salmon sticking: make sure your pan is hot enough before adding the fish, use enough oil, and avoid moving the salmon too early during cooking. For pasta like aglio olio, be gentle when mixing and consider cooking the pasta just al dente so it holds shape better. Even when your meal doesn’t turn out perfect, sharing it with loved ones can still create a warm, memorable moment. Sometimes the mishaps make the experience more real and endearing. I’m looking forward to cooking her a better meal next time and appreciate her patience and support during this culinary fail.

No matter how messy it is...I am sure she appreciates it and....a happy tummy is a happy her. 🥳
