Oolong Tea

The Name Oolong translates to Dark Dragon.

Oolong tea is one of six types of Chinese teas and is between black tea and green tea stage where the green tea is partially fermented causing the tea to release lot of nutrients.

Oolong tea contains small amounts of caffeine. An 8oz glass of tea can contain about 30-40MG of caffeine.

The Polyphenols in Oolong tea can relieve indigestion and reduce discomfort and also promote gastrointestinal health and it is also effective in weight loss management.

Oolong tea can boost metabolism help burn fat control appetite and become a reliable assistant in your weigh loss journey.
