If it wasn’t for the health benefits forget about it 😂
Although I don't earn money from working out, I've found that the physical and mental health benefits are invaluable. Exercising 4-5 days a week has improved my energy levels, mood, and overall well-being significantly. It's not just about building muscle or losing weight; the routine helps me manage stress and maintain a positive mindset. At first, I struggled to stay consistent, especially without any external rewards like money or competitions. But focusing on what working out does for my health—like boosting cardiovascular fitness and improving sleep quality—kept me motivated. Over time, the commitment became a lifestyle rather than a chore. If you’re considering starting a workout routine, remember it’s okay to do it solely for yourself and your health. Financial gain or recognition aren’t necessary when you experience the improvements in your daily life. Personally, knowing that I am investing in my long-term health makes every sweat session worthwhile.
