This actually works I have two bars one with tension the other without .One becomes more w/ time you set your own pace build up to 15- 20 mins per session or go at your own pace one becomes more coordinated posture improves flexible more eye hand coordinated muscle toned so that aches and pains tend to disappear . Results happens week to week by the end of the month results can visibly be noticeable.

I’m now 60 1/2 started with the bar at 59 helped bring my weight down from 200 to currently to about 185.6 and hopefully counting down to my goal weight for my height of 5’3/ 5’2. My midway halfway point of 165 pounds . Goal is to head down to about 145 pounds even though online it says about 130.9 or so. Have to break it down to more hopefully optimistic obtainable decreased amounts over a span of gradual time . Losing weight slowly is the goal too fast too sudden the weight tends to spring back on easier gain than to lose weight on a consistent basis . Decade to decade the metabolism needs change within each decade it seems .
