Blessed Birthday to myself #StudioYadah and my baby! Today I went to my orthopaedic “Dr, dr, my left knee pain! The tendons below my left knee is very tight! Then sometime the pain can start from the 4th & 5th toes being “stuck” together. Pain can b so acute, shot up to my left knee
