Recently, i’ve concerned and searched for HRV index because of its importance to my health. That’s a new concept to me and I wish that I knew it earlier. The video is what I found and I wanna share it with you. I also found a health control app “ Otter Life” which includes HRV control into and connected directly with Apple Watch. So you can easily be aware of it everyday.

The app provides clear, concise insights that help me gauge my recovery and stress levels throughout the day.
