My Fast food order while on keto

I’ve been dieting for 6 months officially 70 pounds down and when I feel like cheating my go to fast food order is in and out 😍 I can have this anytime! and it’s within my diet. This order can be requested anywhere I’ve done this at restaurants too, just make sure you ask no sauce with mustard and do a single cheese to cut fats.

Cheeseburger protein style

No sauce

With mustard

Whole grill Flying Dutchman with mustard one cheese

3 sides of lettuce 3 sides of tomato and pickles on the side (this is for the Flying Dutchman in the cover photo)

This order is so good even my kids prefer it this way and I know I’m getting enough low carb veggies, enough protein and just enough fats to carry me through the day!
