• 12: 00 to 3: 30 p.m.: Thailand Coffee Drip Battle 2026 (qualifying)

• 4: 00 to 6: 00 p.m.: Es-yen Slow Bar Competition (First Round)

• 6: 30 p.m. onwards: Special events and live music in the Roast & Brew atmosphere.

Sunday, April 26, 2026 (The Finals)

• 11: 00 am - 1: 00 pm: Thailand Coffee Drip Battle (Semi-Final)

• 1: 30 to 3 p.m.: Es-yen Slow Bar Race (Semi-Final & Final)

• 3: 30 to 5 p.m.: Final Round: Thailand Coffee Drip Battle (Decide the winner)

• 5: 30 to 6: 30 p.m.: Award ceremony by sponsor and official closing of the event.
