🚶🏽‍♀️Walking 2m: This is one off the way I cop when I’m stressed or overwhelmed with my emotions instead off keeping it bottled up and overlooked it help me identify what I’m feeling and why I’m feeling that way and it’s the perfect time to reflect and check on myself 🤎.

🗣️ connection: I am so easy to go isolate myself then complain to the loved once!! I’m making time to meet people that uplift me and inspire me it helps me be more calm and joyful! Finding somewhere I belong 🪄🫂

💪🏽 pushing my body: This can be running or bicycle riding or even walking it makes me fell so good after I’m out off breath from my last rep!😫 it’s just getting ur heart up!!

📚 Reado: This is optional I have been wanting to read since I was a sinner in hs but I have been just reading the wrong book so I didn’t get to finish a book until one day I went to my local library and try every section in the library to find the book that I’m obsessed!! 😍 like the book I have been reading rn is a massive of difference between self development and poetry!! Like I’m crying reading and I make it a priority to read at least 10m a day😆

👩🏽‍⚕️ Therapy: This so not a must!! But I was not blessed w the best family and had a rough childhood that start effecting me in my academics that I got suggested by a friend and know Ik I have a ptsd and some trauma to unfold 😊🎀

you can also: Journal, take videos, go to swing. This is how I used to deal w my emotions before I started therapy 😌💌
