This is officially my second time entering a baking competition, and wow… this journey already feels so different.

The first time I entered The Greatest Baker Competition, I made it all the way to 2nd/3rd place before dropping back down to 5th place at the very last minute. That moment hurt — but it also taught me so much about consistency, community, and never getting comfortable.

This year feels special.
