乾燥肌向けのチーク選びって、「かわいい色」より先に“粉っぽくならないか”が最重要だなと感じています。私は頬がカサつくと、パウダーチークがまだらにのったり、時間が経つと頬だけくすんで見えたりしがち…。そんな時に使いやすかったのが、スキンケア発想のリキッド（バブル）タイプでした。 ■乾燥肌さんがチークで失敗しやすいポイント ・ベースが乾いていると、チークが引っかかってムラになる ・パウダーが毛穴やキメに入り込んで粉感が目立つ ・夕方に頬だけカピッとして血色が消える 私はこの3つが起きやすいので、「水分感がある」「薄膜で密着」「ツヤが残る」タイプを選ぶようにしています。 ■LIZDAみたいな“泡×リキッド”をきれいにのせるコツ（私流） 1) まず保湿：メイク前に頬は薄くでもいいので保湿を仕込む（乳液 or クリームを少量）。ここをサボると発色がまだらになりやすいです。 2) 量は少なめ：スポイト式は出しすぎ注意。手の甲に一滴→指やパフに少しずつ取るのが安全でした。 3) のせ方は「点置き→ポンポン」：頬の高い位置に点で置いて、指パフ（メイクスポンジでもOK）で軽く叩き込むと、泡っぽい質感でも均一に。引きずるように伸ばすより、叩く方がムラが出にくかったです。 4) 仕上げにツヤ調整：もっとツヤが欲しい日は何も重ねず、サラッと見せたい日は上から極薄くフェイスパウダーを“頬の外側だけ”にのせると、乾燥感を抑えつつ崩れにくくなりました。 ■色選びの考え方（3色の使い分けメモ） ・PINK FAIRY：青みが感じられるピンク。透明感を出したい日向け。発色が出やすいので少量から。 ・NUDY PEACH：肌になじむヌーディ系。しっかり色を出すというより、余白を埋めて“すっぴん風に盛る”日に便利でした。 ・CORAL PICNIC：つやんと見えるコーラル寄り。血色感と肌なじみのバランスが良く、迷ったらこれが使いやすい印象。 ■乾燥肌さんにおすすめの組み合わせ ・ナチュラル派：NUDY PEACH単色＋リップも淡め ・血色感重視：CORAL PICNICを広めに薄く ・透明感重視：PINK FAIRYを中心だけに少量（濃くしすぎない） 乾燥肌だと「チーク＝粉」よりも、こういう“美容液っぽい薄膜チーク”の方が仕上がりが安定しやすいと実感しました。ツヤ感が欲しい人、頬がカサつきやすい季節の変わり目に、リキッド（バブル）チークを一度試してみるのおすすめです。
