Trying be HOBBIESSS
Vulnerability
🤍 My Story: I am a singer who stopped working because I needed to find myself again so I got the app called “ CLASS PASS” it offers you to use the credit system to apply for classes in your city like dance, boxing, Pilates etc. very worth it. But any who i decided I needed to open up my SACRAL CHAKRA and a lot of women store tension in their hips so i took this class. 1hr, heels but you don’t HAVE TO WEAR THEM, and don’t have to record. Fun loving instructor was kind and open minded and was great !
🤍 How I Felt: I felt nervous because you always think other care about what you do but NO once i realized all the girls are here to learn and just be free you get to open up and encourage others
🤍 My Takeaways: I felt more sensual, helped me open up my mind to mess up if I need and just good to try new things. #danceclass #sacralchakra #musician #hobbies #chakrahealing
Trying new hobbies like dance can be a transformative experience. Dance classes offer a unique opportunity to not just learn new skills but also to engage in self-exploration and healing. Many people store emotional tension in their bodies, particularly in the hips, making classes focused on hip movements particularly beneficial for emotional release. Additionally, participating in a group class facilitates a sense of community and connection. When you step into a dance studio, it’s often eye-opening to realize that everyone else is there for the same reason: to learn, express, and free themselves from judgment. This shared experience can foster a supportive environment where individuals feel encouraged to step out of their comfort zones. Chakra healing practices suggest that opening the sacral chakra, linked to creativity and sensuality, can enhance both your dance and life experience. Incorporating disciplines such as dance into your weekly routine can also improve physical health, provide emotional relief, and help you discover new, fulfilling aspects of your identity. So whether you're a seasoned performer or someone just looking to try something new, dance can be a powerful tool for personal growth and healing.
