💚 POWERFUL DETOX JUICE RECIPE 🥬🥒
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 large pieces Ginger
• 2 Grapefruits
• 8-10 large Romaine lettuce leaves
• 1 full bunch of Parsley
• 1 full bunch of Cilantro
• Mint leaves
• 4 Limes
• 10-15 Celery sticks
• 1 large Cucumber
• 3-5 pcs Turmeric root OR 2 tbsp turmeric power
(Add 2 tsp black pepper if you use turmeric powder to help with absorption)
• 2 cups Spring water
INSRUCTIONS:
1. Wash and blend all ingredients.
2. Add blended ingredients to the 2 cups of spring water
3. Seal and store in mason jar or air tight glass container.
This recipe makes a 2-3 day supply.
Drink 10-12oz (2 or 3 times a day)
Consume on an empty stomach in the morning and between meals after.
