8 Months Old
Chunkie Mama is now 8 months old. On her journey to 8 months she went to see sister perform in a professional ballet, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker. She went to the movie theater again and watched Mufasa and Sonic 3. Very vocal in Mufasa for some reason. Chunkie mama experienced Christmas for the first time and enjoyed the wrappers from all her presents. She went to the park for the first time and enjoyed herself. Her favorite part of the park was the swing. She’s currently standing while holding on and is also saying hey, but mostly to her sissy. Her new favorite show is “Gracie’s Corner.”
As a child reaches the 8-month mark, it's a significant time filled with exploration, learning, and growth. Children at this age often become more mobile, and many may begin to crawl or stand while holding onto furniture.
