Wellness journey day 3!

So far so good! Day 3 of no soda or energy drinks. My husband did make me a cup of coffee today tho so I couldn’t waste it.. limited the creamer because my main goal right now is cutting back on all the bad sugars!

I woke up feeling refreshed.. mainly I got to sleep in , but I woke up, did my skin care routine, drank 20oz of lemon cucumber water. Got my ass on my stepper (was viral on TikTok) and man did it kick my ass! Only did 150 steps… so far. I’ll return when my legs don’t feel like jello. Now time to drink my turmeric matcha tea.. ugh. I’m almost halfway of my 7 day trial to see if I can find any differences health wise. So far that natural energy is getting there! Here’s to another day feeling good:)

(Honestly can’t believe I made it this far.. we’re really testing the self discipline this week) 3 days going strong.
