How I Lost 15 lbs in 2 Months🎀

I recently changed my eating habits and overall lifestyle,and it resulted in me losing 15 pounds!Which is insane,so here's how I did it!💬✨

1.A Cup of Pyrutea Detox Tea in the Morning

• Purpose:To boost metabolism,aid detoxification,and maintain a light body throughout the day.

• Implementation:Prepare a cup of pyrutea detox tea immediately after waking up every morning and drink it on an empty stomach.

• Benefits:Increases the metabolic rate for the day,which helps with weight loss.

2.Take 10,000 Steps Daily

• Purpose:To increase daily physical activity and improve cardiovascular health.

• Implementation:

• Break down the goal into smaller steps,such as walking at least 4 miles a day.

• Combine running and walking,for example,run 2 miles and then walk additional miles.

• Benefits:Increases energy levels,helps maintain a calorie deficit,and promotes weight loss.

3.Drink Plenty of Water

• Purpose:To increase satiety and reduce the chance of eating out of boredom.

• Implementation:
